Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Chudong subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before subscribing.

1. Our products

Chudong is sold as a software subscription (Pro and Studio plans) billed monthly or yearly. There is also a free plan with no charge.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. This applies to your first purchase of a paid plan; it does not apply to renewals. Contact us and we'll process it.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again for the next billing period.
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, then reverts to the free plan or stops.
  • Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period (except under Section 2 or where required by law).

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If you are charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.

6. How to request a refund

Email mihailradkevic2@gmail.com with: the email on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description. We aim to reply within 1 business day and resolve eligible requests within 5–10 business days.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to temporary suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

1. 我们的产品

Chudong 以软件订阅形式销售(专业版与工作室版),按月或按年计费。同时提供免费版,不收取任何费用。

2. 7 天无理由退款保障

如果你对首次付费订阅不满意,可在首次扣款后 7 天内申请全额退款。该保障适用于你首次购买付费方案,不适用于续费。联系我们即可办理。

3. 取消订阅

你可随时在账户设置中取消订阅,或联系我们取消。取消后:

  • 下一个计费周期将不再扣费。
  • 当前已付费周期结束前,你的方案仍然有效,之后转为免费版或停止。
  • 取消不会自动退还当前周期的费用(第 2 条情形或法律另有要求的除外)。

4. 续费

订阅会自动续费。如不打算继续,建议在续费日之前取消。若你本想取消却被续费扣款,请在 14 天内联系我们,我们将本着诚信原则审核你的请求。

5. 我们将在以下情况退款

首次付费订阅后 7 天内是 —— 全额退款
同一订阅的重复扣款是 —— 退还重复部分
未授权交易(核实后)
我方明显的计费错误
续费取消不及时(逐案处理,14 天内)诚信审核
已使用本服务后的部分月份否(法律要求的除外)
因违反条款被终止账户

6. 如何申请退款

请发邮件至 mihailradkevic2@gmail.com,并提供:账户邮箱、扣款日期与金额,以及简要说明。我们力争在 1 个工作日内回复,并在 5–10 个工作日内处理符合条件的请求。

7. 退款方式

已批准的退款将通过 Stripe 退回你的原支付方式。到账时间取决于你的银行,通常为 5–10 个工作日。

8. 拒付(Chargeback)

在发起拒付前请先联系我们 —— 我们通常能更快解决问题。未联系我们就发起拒付,可能导致账户在争议审核期间被临时暂停。
