Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using Chudong's AI live-streaming assistant software (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules may result in feature limits, suspension, or termination.

1. Be lawful and respectful

You must use the Service lawfully and respect the rights of others, including the rules of any platform you stream to.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to create, stream, translate, caption, clip, or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind, or content that promotes illegal activity;
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, or content that sexualizes or endangers minors — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities where required;
• Violence, threats, terrorism, or promotion of self-harm;
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics;
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes, including impersonation;
• Infringing content — material you don't have the rights to use;
• Private personal information of others without consent;
• Malware or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. No misuse of AI features

Do not use AI features (co-host, replies, scripts, translation) to generate prohibited content, impersonate real people deceptively, spread disinformation, or evade platform moderation. AI output must be reviewed by you and used responsibly.

4. No abuse of the software

Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent limits of the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination, and report illegal activity to authorities.

6. Reporting

To report misuse or a security issue, email mihailradkevic2@gmail.com. Reports are handled confidentially.

7. Updates

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
